TETORIS | Life in Falling Blocks

Nov 1, 2026 – Nov 16, 2026
O tym konkursieZgłoszenia24

This poster contest is inspired by Kasane Teto’s “TETORIS,” turning endlessly falling and stacking blocks into a visual metaphor for work, messages, deadlines, expectations, and everyday responsibilities.

Participants are encouraged to use high-speed geometric blocks, clocks, notifications, calendars, task symbols, and exaggerated perspective while Teto twists, dodges, and struggles to keep moving.

Under the theme “TETORIS,” create a highly dynamic poster that looks bright and playful at first glance, yet gradually reveals anxiety, pressure, and a shrinking sense of space.

character: kasane_teto, copyright: vocaloid, tetris 1girl, solo, kasane_teto, twin drills, drill hair, red hair, ahoge, hair between eyes, red eyes, mechanical uniform, cyberpunk, dynamic pose, falling tetris blocks, tetrominoes, glowing blocks, retro game aesthetic, vaporwave, neon grid, floating acrylic cubes, high contrast, cinematic lighting, from below, foreshortening, outstretched arm, looking up, parted lips, dutch angle, wide shot, dark background, neon The camera sits low and tilted, looking up past the girl's hip so her whole body rears above the lens in foreshortening: one leg planted, the other knee pulled high and driving forward mid-stride, torso twisted so one shoulder sweeps back and the other punches toward the viewer, one arm flung out and up with the fingers spread as if commanding the falling column of blocks, the other arm bent hard at the elbow across her ribs. Her chin tips back, red eyes angled up out of the bottom of the frame toward the descending grid, mouth slightly open on a caught breath, the tips of her twin red drills swung outward and upward by the same motion, skirt and long sleeves snapping to one side. She wears a mechanical uniform: a structured grey-and-black jacket cut with hard panel seams and riveted joints riding over a fitted shirt, a short pleated skirt with mechanical garter housings clamped to one thigh, chunky boots planted wide for balance; her red hair falls in two heavy spiral drills framing her face, an ahoge springing loose. Behind and above her the background is a cascade of glowing tetrominoes tumbling on a neon pixel grid that recedes in perfect perspective into the distance, long L, T and S pieces rotating as they fall, their edges hard-lit magenta, cyan and acid green; between them drift translucent acrylic cubes catching and bending the neon through their iced interiors. Vaporwave lighting dominates from above and behind: a saturated magenta key rims her shoulders, hair drills and the leading edge of her flung arm, a cyan fill lifts the underside of her jaw and the mechanical seams, deep violet darkness swallows the spaces between blocks, and each glass cube throws a small coloured caustic onto the nearest grid line, brightest exactly where the lit face meets the floor of the grid. High contrast, cinematic atmosphere, retro-game aesthetic, saturated neon against black, ultra-detailed. Electric, kinetic.
