A panoramic aerial wide shot from a low horizon viewpoint captures a colossal, grotesque thunderhead looming over a desolate, empty salt marsh. The underside of the massive cloud consists of thousands of swollen, translucent sacs packed tightly together like diseased frogspawn; internal lightning flashes reveal curled, toothless faces suspended within a cloudy fluid. Several sacs are splitting open, pouring ropes of sour gray mucus, clotted feathers, and writhing black tongues down into the reeds below, while the remaining blisters contract in a visible chain reaction. The environment is a stark, lifeless marshland under a storm-green and bruised-violet sky, punctured by sulfurous internal light emanating from the clouds. This anime-style matte painting features realistic meteorological scale, sharp silhouettes, and readable fluid motion with true blacks and high-contrast details. The atmosphere is oppressive and surreal, rendered with ultra-detailed textures of viscous membranes and atmospheric turbulence.
