久々に食べました(๑･﹃ ･｀๑)ｼﾞｭﾙﾘ
こっちに来てから前は結構食べれたのに、今は中々食べれないものにバイソンがあります(∩´∀｀)∩ こちらの牛のお肉は赤身が多い物が多く、日本の様に脂身が適度に入った感じのものはありません(ノД`)・゜・。 それも好きなのですが、やはり和牛の様な感じのものが食べたくなるのですが、それに近いのが自分にとってはバイソンでした( *´艸｀) 牧場で育てられていて、前は結構食べれたのですが今はあまり食べる事が出来なかったのですが、久しぶりに食べたけれどやはり美味しいですｗ Since moving here, there is one thing I used to eat quite often but rarely get to have now: bison. The beef here tends to be very lean, lacking that perfect marbling you find in Japanese beef. While I do like lean meat, I sometimes crave something closer to Wagyu, and for me, bison fits the bill. It’s ranch-raised; I used to eat it a lot, but hadn't had it in a while—and after finally trying it again, I can confirm it’s still delicious.
