One year has passed since we said goodbye to Grass Wonder. This illustration is my small tribute to a legendary racehorse whose legacy continues to live on through Umamusume: Pretty Derby and through everyone who came to know and love him. I wanted to portray Grass Wonder with tears in her eyes, but still smiling — not as a picture of sadness, but as a farewell filled with warmth, gratitude, and beautiful memories.
