Mel (Girls-O-Mastia) 3

One of the four girls in Girls O Mastia, the smallest one, Mel, who represents Denial of her gigantomastia and doubts her own condition’s existence. in here we see her school/orphanage uniform, which none of the girls have changed yet since they are so poor. I should add this is only in the beginning. Mel’s denial breaks as she becomes bigger.
