Telvenair

This is my rendition of my own character I made up for a Honkai: Star Rail kit. This is Telvenair. Telvenair is a tall male from the planet of Kolnistarz. His occupation is that of a judge that determines people's fate at court. He is all about balance and the wellbeing of mankind. He had a fascination with the psyche and philosophy of law and order at a young age and has since pursued it. Also is quite knowledgeable in psychology too, since he finds human behavior and such intriguing. He believes that anyone who does any wrongdoing out of malice deserves to be punished. Kit wise: he'd be an Imaginary Nihility unit who specializes in controlling enemy actions.
