A few Petechillan citizens have reported to see a girl mostly in blue with an umbrella standing on the rivers or lakes whenever it was rainy and they were alone, some even seeing her walking. She was described to have long blue half up half down braided hair, a blue and white dress, a white eyepatch on her left eye, and always carrying a white and blue umbrella with her. Some believed the people who saw them, others saw it as a prank. There are over 70 sightings of this girl in Petechillan, the investigation still going around to this day.
