On the gravel path immediately in front of an arched wooden palace gateway, commander_(azur_lane), 6 ft 9 in tall and wearing full ō-yoroi black samurai archery armor, stands guard with a firm stance. He has short black hair and piercing crimson eyes, his head half-turning leftward to observe the courtyard. The custom kabuto features wide winged fukikaeshi flanking his face, while his ō-yoroi cuirass leaves the right side open; a gleaming leather tsurubashiri panel glides above his left torso and the ō-sode shoulder guards hang rearward. His left hand rests easily at his hip, holding an unstrung composite yumi bow with its tip lowered, and two katanas hang from his left obi. A tall bamboo quiver packed with 90 arrows is strapped to his back. Behind him spreads the immaculate courtyard garden of white raked sand and manicured pines, its far side bordered by a grand shingled samurai temple under the midday sky.
