These two characters are boss and right-hand employee. The one in the black dress is Misteresque, the don of a mafia who trafficks military-grade and civilian-grade weaponry, along woth illegal drugs. The one in the bikini is Scylla, Misteresque’s right hand woman, who leads the drug trafficking part of the business.
Have Misteresque in a JoJo’s Bizzare Adventure-style pose, with Scylla as her Stand, holding a pump shotgun. Make the image have a very cinematic feel to it.
