ここ誰も読まないと思うけど(^^; Tsubaki.3 の技術レポートを読んで、これら同じプロンプトで、4枚の絵柄がでた理由が分かった。製作者は『マスピ絵』にならないようにかなり慎重に設計している。学習の画像データでかなり細かく画風分類。強化学習では監視付きで数段階の調整。一言でいえば、手間かけてる。『神は細部に宿る』だね。細かくいうと、学習データは5億枚から厳選して5000万枚へ。そこへ分類と高度なキャプションを付けるために独自開発のAI(SigLip-AnimeやTagger 1.0など)も使用している。ここはマジ細かく丁寧にやってる。料理は下ごしらえが大事って具合に。強化学習では7000枚の最高品質データでヤスリ掛けしていく。続いて人体や手・文字などの細部を磨くけど、同時につまんない絵になっていくので、また美観調整。ここで学習でズルする場合が出てくるから、別のAIで監視してダメなら差し戻し。
