本名：不詳年齢：二十代前半と推測される。外見：帝国陸軍の軍服に血塗れの赤いマントを身に纏い、軍刀を手にしている。出没情報：東京都千代田区を中心に、夕方から深夜帯にかけて出没すると推測される。異能力の呼称：赤い街能力の詳細：大正風の建築物が並ぶ赤く薄暗い謎の街へ他者を迷い込ませる。この街では一部空間が湾曲していると見られ、何度も同じ場所を繰り返し歩かされたり、建築物の窓や扉から別な路地へ移動させられたとの報告もある。迷い込んだ者を手にした軍刀で殺害しようとする。また現在東京都千代田区を中心に失踪事件が増えている。能力の制限及び対処法：夕方から深夜帯にかけてしか発動できないと、生還者の報告から推測される。また生還者は全員大きな鳥居をくぐり抜けたら、脱出していたと報告している。
