Candice carrying Maylene's pants

Candice: (Giggles mischievously) Too bad, Maylene! You've been training so hard and you were sweating so much! (Carries Maylene's unworn pants) You need a break! Maylene: (Blushes with shock) C-Candice! W-What are you doing?! Give me those! Those are my pants! (Tries to retrieve her pants) Candice: (Dances backward out of reach, waving the white track pants like a victory flag) Nope! Doctor Candice orders you to take a fifteen-minute breather. No training, no sparring, and absolutely no running until you cool down! Maylene: (Stops, covering her face as her cheeks burn bright red) A doctor?! You're an Ice-type Gym Leader, not a nurse! This is completely unnecessary! Everyone sweats when they train! Candice: (Giggles, pointing at Maylene's bare legs) Maybe, but not everyone forgets to drink water because they're too busy focusing on their Lucario's aura. Besides, look at you—you're a blushing mess! It's adorable. Maylene: (Groans, looking down at her blue training bodysuit) I am not adorable, I am a Fighting-type expert! And I'm only blushing because you stole my uniform right off the bench! Please, Candice... what if someone walks into the gym? Candice: (Smiles warmly and drapes the pants over a nearby bench, then hands Maylene a chilled water bottle) Relax, silly! I locked the front doors before I came in. Now sit down, drink up, and let's chat. I brought snacks! Maylene: (Sighs in defeat, taking the water bottle and walking over to the bench) Fine... but next time we hang out, we are doing it at your gym in Snowpoint. Let's see how much you giggle when I hide your leg warmers in a snowbank! Candice: (Gasps in shock) My leg warmers?! Oh-ho-ho, I'm afraid you can't do that! Maylene: Yes, I will! I need my pants and I need to wear them! Candice: But, you're sweating! Maylene: Candice, I'm gonna lose my confidence! Give back my pants! I'll give you a piece of my snack if you give them back! Candice: Eh...no. Maylene: B-But, Candice! Candice: Okay, okay! If you insist. (Hands over the pants back to Maylene) Maylene: Let me put my pants on. (Puts her pants on, recovering her dignity) Candice: (Smiles nervously) I can't stop teasing you so much, I didn't resist. Maylene: (Sighs with immense relief as she pulls her white track pants back on, adjusting the waistband) Thank goodness... my dignity is officially intact again. Candice: (Pouts playfully, crossing her arms) You're no fun when you get all serious, Maylene! I was just trying to make sure my favorite training partner didn't overheat. Maylene: (Glares mildly, though a tiny smile tugs at the corner of her mouth) There are better ways to check on me than holding my wardrobe hostage. But... I did say I would give you a piece of my snack. (Reaches into her gym bag and pulls out a small container) Candice: (Her eyes instantly light up, completely forgetting her pout) Ooh! Is it those spicy rice balls from the Veilstone department store?! Maylene: (Nods, breaking one in half and offering it to her) Yes. Consider it a peace offering. Just promise me you won't steal my clothes again next time I'm in the middle of a workout. Candice: (Takes the snack and takes a big, happy bite) Mmm, so good! Okay, okay, I promise. No more pant-snatching... (grins mischievously) ...but I can't promise I won't find other ways to tease you!
