A POV shot from a low angle following a few steps behind a teenage girl on a descending coastal road. The girl is captured mid-stride, her body angled away from the camera but her head turned back over her right shoulder. She wears a navy blue sailor-style winter school uniform with a pleated skirt that flutters in the wind, and a thick beige scarf loosely wrapped around her neck; a brown leather school satchel hangs from her shoulder, swaying with her movement. Her shoulder-length dark hair is whipped forward by a cold sea breeze, strands crossing her cheek. She looks directly at the viewer with a mischievous, teasing glint in her eyes and a lopsided, playful grin. To the side of the sloped asphalt road, the deep blue winter sea meets the horizon under a burning orange and violet twilight sky. The low, harsh golden light of the setting sun strikes the right side of her face and hair, casting a long, stretching shadow of the girl and the unseen narrator forward onto the road. The air is thick with cold, clear winter atmosphere, with the distant coastline blurred by a soft atmospheric haze. Tender longing.
