character: princess_zelda, copyright: the_legend_of_zelda:_ocarina_of_time bound, rope, rope around chest, rope around legs, arms behind back, gag, cloth gag, white bandana, bandana over mouth, bandana over nose, crystal, purple crystal, transparent crystal, encased in crystal, blonde hair, long hair, braid, hair ornament, parted bangs, green eyes, embarrassed, blush, trembling, shaking, sweatdrop, closed mouth, looking down, looking to the side, from side, cowboy shot, wide shot, single subject, indoors, stone architecture, well lit, warm interior light, torchlight, purple and gold palette, detailed background A wide, slightly low three-quarter side view across the inner sanctum of a tower, the camera placed at chest height a few paces from the crystal so that the vast stone hall opens behind the single figure. Princess Zelda stands suspended inside a tall, clear, faceted purple crystal that rises from the flagstones: the crystal is transparent, its planes glassy and faintly tinted violet, and the room's warm light passes through it so that her body is tinted a soft amethyst on the side facing the light and only slightly darker on the far side, with a bright caustic fleck thrown onto the stone floor at the crystal's base. She is seen in profile-turned-three-quarter, shoulders pulled back by her bound arms, chin ducked, eyes cast down and to the side toward the crystal's curve rather than to the viewer. Her long blonde hair falls forward over one shoulder in a single braid, the parted bangs resting on her brow, and where her hair swings forward a small pale hair ornament catches the light; a crown braid is gathered at the back of her head, partly hidden behind the crystal's refraction. Her green eyes are wide and lowered, her brow drawn, a hot blush spread across both cheeks and the bridge of her nose. Rope runs around her chest in two taut bands crossing over her bodice, pressed flat into the fabric, and more rope wraps her thighs and shins in close coils just above and below the knee, the strands biting slightly into her legs; her arms are drawn behind her back, elbows bent and out of sight past the crystal's edge and her own shoulder, only the strain at her shoulders showing. A white bandana is knotted at the back of her head, its folded cloth pulled up over her mouth and the bridge of her nose, the lower edge of the fabric denting her chin and its top edge creasing the skin beneath her eyes so that her whole mouth is covered and her breathing has to pass through the cloth. She is shaking: a fine tremor in her bound knees and along the ropes, her shoulders quivering, her hair swinging a half-beat behind the motion, and one small sweatdrop sliding down her temple. The sanctum is well lit and warm: tall braziers of orange fire line the walls on both sides, their light striping the marble columns and the red-and-gold banners, and the ceiling dissolves upward into shadow above the glow, so the floor and the crystal are fully lit while only the high vaults stay dark. The light comes from the left braziers at low three-quarter angle, laying a long soft shadow of the crystal across the flagstone seams. The palette is the room's warm amber and red against the crystal's clear violet, with the white bandana and the gold of her hair and ornaments as the few light accents. The crystal's facets stay crisp and see-through, distorting only the background columns slightly behind her; the firelight is the only source and the darkness crouches high above. Claustrophobic, tense.
