1girl, solo, cowboy shot, from below, dutch angle, looking at viewer, short black hair, choppy bangs, single yellow eye, medical eyepatch over left eye, mole under mouth, bandages on wrists, bandages on hands, extremely large breasts, gigantic breasts, bursting breasts, strained shirt, gaping shirt, popping buttons, cleavage, white collared shirt, dark vest, open vest, dark bow tie, dark pleated skirt, leaning forward, arched back, hand gripping collar, manic expression, crazy smile, open mouth, tongue visible, dilated pupil, speech bubble, japanese text, dynamic lighting, sharp shadows, From a low angle with a sharp Dutch tilt in a cowboy shot framing, a young woman with choppy, layered short black hair and uneven bangs leans aggressively forward toward the lens, arching her back to thrust her gargantuan, bursting bust into the immediate foreground. Her white collared dress shirt is stretched to its absolute breaking limit across her colossal breasts, the fabric pulling into taut radiating tension creases between straining buttonholes that gape wide open from the immense outward pressure. Her dark tailored vest is forced wide apart by the sheer volume of her chest, while a dark bow tie sits crooked at her bare throat. Crisp white medical bandages wrap tightly around both of her forearms, wrists, and palms; her right hand clutches claw-like near her ribs with knuckles flexed, while her left hand roughly yanks downward at the lapel of her vest. A clean white rectangular medical eyepatch with elastic straps completely covers her left eye, leaving only her right eye visible—wide, dilated, and blazing amber-gold beneath an arched brow, with a distinct dark beauty mark placed on the fair skin beside her mouth. Her lips pull wide into an ecstatic, manic grin, baring sharp teeth with the pink tip of her tongue flicking outward in an unhinged expression locked dead onto the viewer. In the upper background against deep crimson paneled walls, bold graphic typography reads "賭ケグルイ" beside crisp vertical lettering reading "生志摩妄". Floating near her shoulder, a jagged, spiked speech bubble with trembling borders reads "胸(むね)が
はち切(き)れるほど
でかい". Slicing diagonally across the midground behind her silhouette, stylized kinetic effect lettering reads "生志摩妄(いけしま めい)だけ". A single harsh, cool key light strikes down from camera-right, illuminating the taut sheen of the strained white cloth across her cleavage and casting deep, heavy crescent drop shadows directly beneath the curve of her bust, while the surrounding gambling parlor recedes into warm, murky darkness. Threadbare micro-creases radiate from each stressed buttonhole where the seams pull tight against the bursting load. Manic intensity.
