A monumental Soviet-inspired government palace, dominating the skyline of a city in the post-apocalyptic Earth ruled by the Great Soviet Empire. The building is an imposing fusion of brutalist Soviet architecture and futuristic elements, symbolizing the reconstruction and unification of humanity under one regime. It features a massive central tower, resembling a modernized version of the Palace of the Soviets, crowned with a glowing red star that pulses faintly as a beacon of authority.
The central tower is surrounded by angular, symmetrical wings, built from reinforced concrete and dark steel, with rows of massive square columns supporting the facade. The outer walls are adorned with engraved propaganda murals depicting unity, strength, and technological progress, alongside reliefs commemorating the victory over the rogue AI.
