Already summer?

There's not really much to say about my first published artwork of Akita Neru, just filler content. In the Northern Hemisphere, summer has just begun, but as an Australian, here it is now winter. Keeping with the Y2K contest theme with street fashion (based on Neru's depiction in Zako), the signiture flip phone, and the retro anime styling. Also in real life, I had visited Ettalong Beach (lovely coastal town btw), and it harks back to this artwork that I had made prior.
