She is a touhou character. Narumi Yatadera is a Jizo statue that came to life as a magician yokai due to the Forest of Magic's energy. Narumi is shy and withdrawn. Upon meeting her, Marisa Kirisame, who apparently already knew her, describes her as a "shut-in introvert."
