駒込一両茄子

駒込一両茄子とは江戸時代、駒込～巣鴨周辺で生産されていたナスで、江戸のナスの初物といえばこちらで取引されたものでした。初物を尊ぶ江戸では時にナス一つが１両したこともあったため、この茄子を一両茄子と呼ばれるようになりました。一富士二鷹三茄子のナスは駒込一両ナスのことを差していると言われています
