Mark Calaway AKA the Undertaker

Mark William Calaway One of several real-life characters appearing in The End of the Circus, this is the Phenom of World Wrestling Entertainment after he was Gifted as the second-oldest Named metahuman line to arise on Yiziba, the Master of the Dark Gaol of the Great Crystal of Power...who is known there as the Undertaker as well (local translation in Yizibajohei is Ruodeuto). Having been Gifted in the wake of the Streak-versus-Career match held at WrestleMania XXVI in March of 2010, he was transformed from a middle-aged professional wrestler into a rejuvenated reality warper who concentrates his abilities on all things not of the physical body. In other words, such a being would be a million times more dangerous than anything he faux-portrayed in the "Ministry of Darkness" angle during the Attitude Era before the turn of the Third Millennium. Of course, since his body was rejuvenated to the more slowed aging process those heavily touched by mesonium endure (as witness the crew of THG Yonaga during their seventy-two year imprisonment in Sano Bay in the far northeast of Siberia), Mark is forced to use his own powers to similate his being a normal Terran professional athlete when he makes public appearances. As master of the innermost core of the Great Crystal of Power, Mark is the one who effectively imprisons and destroys any disembodied spirit which falls into his grasp as witness what he did to the ancient oni Ibaraki-dōji (who had been possessing Redet Lum since the mid-summer of 2012) during the aborted "second tag race" which culminated in the banishmenty of Moroboshi Ataru's would-be "wife" and her friends from Earth near the end of November that year. Over his various lifetimes, the Master of the Dark Gaol has dealt with enhanced sentiences such as rogue Anquietas (the creators of the Stargate network accessable by elements of the United States Air Force via Stargate Command) and Ori (a more dominant sect of the Anquietas), not to mention such beings as Anubis of the Goa'uld, who partially copied the Anquietas' ability to ascend to a pure-energy form of existence. Mark also deals with high-order entities from other multiverses such as the Living Tribunal of the Marvel Universe, though he does his best to keep interdimensional conflicts to a bare minium. He is also quite powerful enough to fight any of the Entities (known on Yiziba as "kimfombeke" or "worm leech") that empower parahumans; it was he who helped rescue a just-ejected Taylor Hebert who had been shifted to the Dark Gaol in the wake of Gold Morning on Earth Bet and elsewhere in that cluster. While he still enjoys a successful career as one of WWE's most popular wrestlers, Mark's personal life definitely has taken quite an unusual turn...
