Events from an Alternate Timeline Strangely, Glorya found her mind clear and at peace as she prepared to carry out the final steps of her mission. Confident in herself and the purity of her intentions, she contacted Himilce and arranged to meet at her safe house, using her investigation as a pretext. She needed Himilce for the ritual—knowledge of which she owed to 'Thirst for Promises'—that would bring her face-to-face with Giselle in the latter's own unique dimension. Yet, Glorya had no desire to serve a demon; she was determined to make 'Thirst for Promises' pay for forcing her to resort to such a profane ritual.
