Some people leave a mark on us, even when we never truly know them beyond the little pieces of themselves they share with the world. I don't know what happened, and perhaps I never will. But reading those old entries again reminded me of how much pain a person can carry behind the screen, often unseen by everyone else. To those who are still here, still fighting battles no one knows about: please be gentle with yourselves. I know that choosing happiness is not as simple as deciding to be happy. Sometimes, it takes everything you have just to make it through another day. But I hope you will keep giving yourselves the chance to see that life can become beautiful again. I have had my own darkest times, too. And somewhere along the way, I made a choice. I chose to stand up again. I chose to stop giving so much power to the things that hurt me. I chose peace, and I chose happiness—not because life suddenly became easy, but because I no longer wanted my pain to decide how I would live. It wasn't an overnight transformation, and it doesn't mean that nothing hurts anymore. It simply means that I want to spend whatever time I have left embracing the good, finding joy in the little things, and protecting the peace I fought so hard to find. So, if you are struggling right now, please don't give up on the possibility of a happier tomorrow. You don't have to have everything figured out. You don't have to be strong every moment. Just give yourself another chance, and then another. May we learn to choose kindness over cruelty, peace over needless suffering, and happiness whenever we find the courage to reach for it. And to those who are no longer here, whatever their stories may be: may they be remembered with tenderness, and may the pain they carried be met with compassion. **Choose happiness. Choose peace.
