After Mr. Fizz convinced the Government to put a minimum drinking age of 13 on soda and root beer, the Eds (all 3 at least 13 in the show) quickly realized they can buy soda on sale and sell it at a higher than normal price. The Eds became soda bootleggers, completely unnoticed by the KND. Teen Ninjas and Adult Villains. 3 months later the Eds have the Kankers as their main enforcers, dozens of bribed KND operatives and Teen Ninjas and even a few Minimart owners helping.
