I've been working on the writing for Parts 4 - 8 of Camp Life chapter for some time now...and I'm not really pleased with the output. It's not to say there aren't elements I will keep, I most definitely will. I just wasn't pleased with the direction/pacing...and, no spoilers, there is a combat scene that I am perplexed about how to approach this. Obviously, a new direction is needed... So, I need to take some time to rewrite and rework this chapter. The previous three parts are fine and I'm happy to keep them, so no retconning of anything. I'll be taking more weeks to rework/rewrite the story. I will also be reworking the character reference portraits for this series as well. It makes sense too, as I've learned so much since I initially made the character reference portraits, so I can better get the aesthetics I want using mid-to-low cost models (by the way, the "Face Fix" booster option is a lifesaver, being so cheap and reliably rendering good results). I do apologize for the delay, even if only a fraction of my followers probably follow the story. That doesn't matter. This is a passion project and I know of a few who actively follow the story and I want to give them, and anyone else who is curious/interested, my absolute best. Quality over quantity! 🔥✊🔥 I'm still going to try and upload related and unrelated content, but the next part in the chapter will definitely be delayed. Expect more lore drops, which I always have fun doing 😁
