The villain who wants to be a magical boy

As a young child, he was captivated by magical boy animes and felt like he wanted something like that for himself. But, since he had no magical powers, the best he could do was just pretend he did. Now, years later, he will stop at nothing to achieve the power he craves, even if it means destroying the lives of others just to become what he wants to be. He is 17 years old, he is 5 feet and 6 inches tall, and he weighs 135 pounds. His hobbies are cosplaying, collecting expensive wands, and doing magic tricks to appear like he has some sort of powers.
