overall character design & presence:
A single mysterious dark sovereign seated upon a massive ancient gothic throne. The character possesses an overwhelming presence, resembling a forgotten dark king, an ancient lord of shadows, or a godlike ruler of a fallen kingdom. The entire figure is tall, imposing, and almost completely covered in black, creating a powerful vertical silhouette.
The character should appear silent, ancient, untouchable, and overwhelmingly authoritative. His body seems almost inhuman, as though a living shadow is sitting within an enormous suit of ceremonial armor and endless black robes.
Helmet & Head:
He wears an enormous black gothic helmet that completely conceals the face. The face area is a deep, featureless black void with no visible eyes, mouth, or human facial features.
The helmet has a tall, narrow, crown-like structure with multiple long black spikes extending vertically upward. A single extremely long central spike rises from the top of the head, surrounded by several shorter blade-like spikes.
Two long, extremely thin horizontal horns or blade-like protrusions extend outward from both sides of the helmet, creating an unusually wide silhouette. The helmet should resemble a fusion of an ancient crown, a dark cathedral, and a demonic ceremonial helm.
Armor & Shoulders:
The upper body is covered in enormous, intricately crafted black gothic medieval armor. The shoulder armor is exceptionally large and asymmetrical, formed from numerous overlapping plates, curved blades, sharp spikes, and thorn-like protrusions.
The armor appears ancient and ceremonial rather than practical, with elaborate engraved patterns and layered ornamental structures. The shoulders spread far outward, making the upper body appear extremely broad and imposing.
One side of the armor should rise higher and feature larger, more aggressive spikes, while the other side contains layered pointed plates and curved blade-like structures.
Robe & Lower Body:
From beneath the enormous shoulder armor hangs an extremely long black royal robe. The robe completely covers the lower body and falls vertically from the throne toward the bottom of the composition.
The fabric is heavy, dark, and layered, forming a massive rectangular silhouette. Long vertical folds descend from the waist, with torn, irregular, and slightly ragged edges near the lower sections.
The robe should make the character appear much taller than a normal human, almost as though the lower half of the body continues endlessly into darkness.
Throne:
He sits upon a massive ancient gothic throne with a tall, imposing backrest. The throne is dark and monumental, with large vertical structures rising behind the character.
The throne should feel like an ancient royal monument rather than ordinary furniture. Its form is severe, rectangular, and imposing, creating a strong symmetrical composition around the seated figure.
Staff & Weapon:
One hand holds a tall ceremonial staff upright beside the body. The staff is dark and ornate, with a long narrow shaft extending upward beside the shoulder.
The top of the staff features a sharp, crown-like or spear-like ornament made from several thin pointed blades. The weapon resembles a royal scepter, an ancient ritual staff, or a ceremonial spear belonging to a dark monarch.
The staff should be held calmly and vertically, emphasizing the character's authority rather than action.
Central Ornament:
Near the center of the body, a small golden-orange glowing ornament or gem appears against the otherwise completely dark clothing. From this point, thin dark-gold lines and decorative patterns extend downward through the robe.
This small warm-colored detail should stand out as the only notable source of color within the character's overwhelmingly black silhouette.
Pose & Composition:
The character is seated upright and directly facing the viewer in a calm, completely motionless, and commanding posture. The composition is highly symmetrical, with the helmet and central spike aligned vertically near the center of the frame.
