You have may have noticed I haven’t been posting nearly as much canonical Rubric Maxim content over the past months. I’ve been mostly focusing on posting just kind of cute dress-ups for the characters and now the dating sim. It’s not because I’ve lost interest in the story. On the contrary, it’s because I’ve been working so much on writing Part 7 of the story. I’ve been immersed in the plot so I’ve seen the art as a bit more of a distraction or change of pace. I’m hoping that Part 7 will be done by the end of August and it’s going to be the best (and longest) part of the story. Also, I took off most of the July 4th weekend. It was nice to take a break. So I think I’m going to take some more time off until Monday when I release the first round of Dating in the Rubricverse. I have one thing I might post in the next couple of days, but I’m not sure.
Create an image of the two characters sitting together in a church pew in a darkened church. The church is simple and stone lit only dimly by candles. The setting is the Edwardian Era. The young man looks tired but relieved to finally be sitting, looking around the church with tired eyes.. He wears a tweed jacket, trousers and has his right arm in a sling. He's seated on the pew with the girl curled up against him with his arm over her shoulder. The girl looks tired and weak as she snuggles up against him with her eyes closed. She wears a blue french dress with long skirt and white collar and cuffs and has two red bows in her hair. She is petite and slightly built. The girls is 15 years old and the young man is 18 years old.
