〇 Raum (Goetia) One of the 72 demons recorded in the *Goetia*, holding the rank of 40th. A Great Earl who commands 30 legions. While he appears before the summoner in the form of a raven, he is also capable of assuming a human guise. He possesses a troublesome set of powers—a veritable trifecta of villainy—that includes stealing treasures from the estates of nobility and relocating them elsewhere, destroying cities, and severely degrading human dignity. At the same time, like others of his kind, he wields the power of "Chronomancy" (accessing information regarding the past, present, and future) and possesses negotiation skills capable of reconciling enemies. The illustration was generated based on a personification of a raven. In terms of character setting, his abilities allow him to operate much like a certain famous British secret agent; consequently, he holds the position of an active field operative for an intelligence agency. He engages in intelligence and covert operations both domestically and abroad, spanning the full spectrum of legal and illicit activities.
