An iconic vigilante standing on the roof of a brutalist skyscraper at midnight, overlooking a vast city of tiny lights. She has just finished a covert mission and stands completely still while a storm moves behind her. Her character design is sleek and intimidating: short windswept hair, a long white-and-black coat split into sharp geometric panels, fitted tactical clothing, metal shoulder pieces, and a half-mask hanging around her neck. Her face is calm and unreadable. Her weapon is a gigantic Judgment Wheel—a massive circular weapon taller than she is, like a futuristic combination of a ceremonial wheel, blade, and mechanical halo.
