Hirosaki Chikage AKA Dragonheart

Meet the second-oldest of Moroboshi Tariko's hidden half-sisters, Hirosaki Chikage; note that with all the Sister Princess characters, I give them family names, with Chikage's being written 弘前 千影 in kanji. She is the granddaughter of a powerful archmage who engaged in a multi-dimensional "magical quest" while he attended the Hogwarts School of Wizardry and Witchcraft in the 1930s before the Second World War (and in the universe of The End of the Circus, the Magical World War). In those trips, Hirosaki Ryūji (who would later command a brigade of the Greater East Asia Liberation Army that sought to free all territory close to Japan from European-style magical influence...and unlike the "normal" side of that conflict, actually pulled it off!) visited places like the DC and Marvel universes as well as the universes of Star Trek and Star Wars among other places. And while his daughter Jalynda did not develop much in the way of her own magic, her tryst with Moroboshi Muchi would produce a VERY powerful magical child, who was willing to repeat her grandfather's quest, most of which was done by the time the main story of The End of the Circus began. Along the way, Chikage was Gifted as Dragonheart, the Dark Heart of Pure Chaos. One of the most powerful "neutral" welders of the "pure chaos" (the Yizibajohei euphemism for magic as noted before), she would learn non-wand magic from Stephen Strange (Doctor Strange) in her first summer vacation trip (before her Gifting), deductive work under the tutelage of Bruce Wayne (Batman) in the summer after second year, military strategy and poetry under the tutelage of Cáo Cāo (the Dynasty Warriors interpretation) in her third summer vacation, visit the "magical world" of Nerio (from Mahō Sensei Negima) in her fourth summer vacation (not that in TEOTC, Nerio is a separate planet from Mars), then help Anakin Skywalker fulfil his destiny (and survive same) to end the Galactic Civil War in her fifth vacation; in that last trip, she would become a "stranger lady of the Sith" and earn the title Darth Eizō. Her sixth summer vacation was delayed thanks to what happened to her sister darling, but she plans to visit the universe of the United Federation of Planets in the summer before her NEWT year...all dependent on what happens with Rose Potter (the Warlock, a gender-flipped version of Harry Potter who is one of TWO boys that Tariko directly helped get Gifted during her casting drive quest. One of Yiziba's most powerful non-reality warping metahumans bar none, Chikage is someone NO ONE wants to piss off. It's not worth one's LIFE!
