Bunta suddenly asked his son Takumi to take him for a ride down Akina in the Eight-Six. At first, Takumi was taken aback — after all, his father is an infinitely better driver, and they rarely drive together. Still, he agreed. Now they're heading down Akina. As always, Takumi remains unfazed, nailing hairpin turns with effortless drifts. Bunta, sitting shotgun, is casually lighting a cigarette. The corner of his mouth curls into an almost imperceptible smile. "Not bad. He's finally come into his own," Bunta thought, mentally approving of his son's skills behind the wheel.
