She tightens her grip further, her palms pressing deeper, a sickening, faint crackling sound emanating from his neck. "What a trooper! Now drift into sweet unconsciousness, or I might just choke you to death!" As she speaks, her fingers seem to burrow deeper, the man's body convulsing with renewed intensity. More foam gathers at his mouth, some of it now dribbling down his chin. He emits a long, drawn-out choking sound, a symphony of his impending demise. Her cruel laughter intensifies, a taunting, sinister melody against his desperate struggle, culminating in a final, wicked cackle.
