Harmony 'The Oracle'

Destiny is indeed capricious. The so-called 'Oracle', spiritual and political leader of the Cruelwater Tribe, and the one who has taken Priscilla in, turns out to be none other than Harmony. After leaving the ruins of Dolorosa, she set out on her own path to redemption. Seeking to put her skills to use for the greater good, she ended up wandering the Cruelwater River Region, where she encountered the tribe of the same name: survivors of the Apocalypse living a miserable existence. Using her vast knowledge, she managed to help the tribe prosper greatly in just over two years. The tribe took her for a powerful and wise sorceress, and showered her with adoration. Initially, carried away by both the flattery and her own ego, Harmony reveled in her position, although sooner rather than later she forced herself to control her urge to impose her will. She sought to be a servant to her new people, building a mythology based on the customs and beliefs of the tribe, of which she was a part, but not the central figure. She also sought not to hold all the power, and created various groups with influence in joint decision-making, such as the Hunters' Circles and the Initiates of the Tribal Knowledge. Thus, consequently, the banal, cold and calculating personality that she once displayed gave way to a more affable, outgoing personality concerned with the well-being of others.
