character: rei_(nu_carnival), amayado_rei, copyright: nu_carnival 1subject, solo, male, horse boy, anthropomorphic horse, grey fur, ((silver horse tail, streaked mane, light grey mane, black mane, messy mane, long mane, black feathered wings, light green eyes, slit pupils, black harness, evil smile, silver earring with light blue gemstone)), portrait, upper body, from below, looking down at viewer, head tilted, dark misty fantasy forest, purple mist, light blue glow, falling black feathers, detached black feathers, falling feathers, falling papers, candle on the ground, low candlelight, high-contrast anime style, halftone dots, neon accents, thick outlines, ((portrait)) shot from below, the horse-headed man's chest and shoulders filling the frame, his chin lowered so he looks straight down the lens through half-lidded light green eyes whose slit pupils narrow tight in the blue glow. ((Grey fur)) covers his long equine face and thick neck, coarse and matte where the cold light grazes the cheekbone, darker in the hollows; the muzzle is long and heavy, the jaw wide. His ((messy long mane)) spills in one untamed mass over the crown and down the nape -- pale silver-grey locks streaked through with black strands that tangle at the temple and lick across one brow, the tips falling past his collar. A single silver earring hangs from the near ear, a small light blue gemstone set in it that catches the light-blue source and throws one bright pinpoint back at the camera. At his throat and across the chest, ((black harness)) straps sit flat against the fur, edges catching a thin blue rim. Half-unfurled behind his shoulders, ((black feathered wings)) spread crooked and uneven, the nearer wing sweeping past his cheek and throwing a hard shadow across the lower half of his face; a feather has come loose and hangs in the air beside it. His ((evil smile)) is lopsided, one corner of the mouth dragged up past the teeth so a few canines show, cheek creased, no warmth in it -- brow low and flat over one eye that stays locked on the viewer while the other narrows. Around him a ((dark misty fantasy forest)) recedes into blackness: gnarled trunks crowd the edges of the frame, and ((purple mist)) coils low between the roots, thinning to translucent wisps where the ((light blue light)) from behind and below cuts across it, cold on the fur and cloth but losing to shadow above his shoulders. Detached ((falling black feathers)) drift down slowly, each one showing its vane because the blue light lies flat along it and its underside stays matte; scattered ((falling papers)) tilt and slide through the same air, pale rectangles turning edge-on into bright slivers where they catch the glow. On the damp ground at the very bottom of the frame, an old ((candle on the ground)) burns with a small warm flame, its wax pooled and running along the seam between two flagstones, the warm spot the only warm note in the picture -- one black feather already settled flat beside it, undisturbed. Purple mist, cold blue glow and a single hot candle flame in a black forest, halftone dots and thick inked outlines cutting the fur and wing edges, punchy neon blue and violet against near-black; sinister and magnetic.
