More to See

2girls, high school girls, idol costume, puffy sleeves, spherical puff sleeves, small puff sleeves, cinched waist, tight waist, knee-length skirt, wide dome skirt, hemispherical skirt, voluminous skirt, very wide skirt, pink and white costume, blue and white costume, two-tone costume, white thighhighs, mary jane shoes, standing, standing on one leg, from below, dutch angle, looking at another, open mouth, :d, one eye closed, winking, blush, arms up, outstretched arm, waving, long hair, twin tails, hair ribbon, hands away from skirt, hands raised, both hands off the skirt, frilled hem, petticoat ruffle, full body, day, outdoors, blue sky, white clouds, cheerful, energetic The view is a low, tilted from-below shot looking up across a wide open rooftop of pale concrete; two high school girls in idol-style stage costumes stand shoulder to shoulder near a low parapet, one on the right in pink and white, one on the left in blue and white, both seen from slightly below so the sky and drifting white cumulus fill the upper third behind their shoulders. Each costume is built the same way: at each cuff a small puff sleeve rounded and swollen into a near-perfect sphere that hugs the upper arm and stops at the wrist band, a waistband cinched tight around the middle of the torso so the white bodice pinches in sharply, and below it a knee-length skirt that balloons outward and sideways into a wide horizontal dome, its hem describing a hemisphere far wider than the hips, kept aloft by crisp ruffled petticoats whose edges show as a frilled white line under the colored over-layer; on the right girl the over-layer and the sphere cuffs and the bodice trim are a warm candy pink over white, on the left girl the same shapes are a clear sky blue over white, and neither girl's hands are anywhere near the fabric: both pairs of hands are lifted clear of the skirt and thighs, held up in the air, fingers spread and empty, the right girl's left arm thrown overhead with the wrist bent in a wave and her right hand open at shoulder height, the left girl balanced on her right leg with the left knee bent up and her left hand flung out wide, her right hand up near her own ear. The right girl leans her weight onto her left hip and cocks her head toward the left girl, grinning with her mouth open and one eye squeezed shut in a wink; the left girl tips her chin down and cuts her eyes sideways at the right girl, smirking through a bright blush, both of them mid-turn toward each other, twin tails and loose ribbons swinging out and up from the sudden movement, the fabric of both skirts riding high on the air and showing a faint flattened dimple where each petticoat springs against the over-layer. The sun sits low behind and to the camera's left, so the light rakes up the underside of both domed skirts and makes their hems glow, throws short warm shadows of the girls onto the concrete to their right, and leaves the crowns of both puff sleeves ringed with a thin bright edge while the sky above their floating hair stays a clean pale blue; the palette holds to pink, blue, white and the grey of the concrete, warm sunlight as the only warmth, with a single line of white cloud drifting between the two of them at shoulder height. Crisp cel-shaded anime rendering with clean hard-edged line work, flat bright color fills and simple two-tone shadow. Sunlit, giddy.
