An anime illustration of great quality and best quality depicts a mermaid inside an aquarium. The mermaid has pale skin and short, dark hair, with a slender, petite figure. She is positioned behind the thick glass of the tank, her face pressed close to the surface in a melancholic, sorrowful expression, as if kissing the glass. Her hand rests gently on the inside of the glass, fingers spread slightly. Outside the tank, blurred reflections or lights suggest an observation area. The water is clear, with subtle refractions and highlights on the glass surface emphasizing the separation between the viewer and the subject. The lighting is soft and cool, casting gentle shadows and highlighting the wet texture of her skin and the transparency of the water. The composition focuses on the emotional connection and the barrier of the glass, creating a sense of longing and intimacy.
