A profile mid-shot. Two tall, broad-shouldered young men are locked in a tender embrace. The taller man, with a wide frame and strong arms, wraps both arms firmly around the other, pulling him close to comfort him. He leans in to press a soothing, lingering kiss against the shorter man's lips. The shorter man is also tall and heavily muscular, with thick arms and a broad chest, though he is slightly shorter than his partner; he has a prominent, rounded pregnant belly that presses against the taller man's torso. He is crying, with fat tears streaming down his cheeks and his brow furrowed in a sulky, angry pout, though he leans into the embrace. The light is soft and warm, coming from the side to highlight the curve of the pregnancy and the wetness of the tears. A palette of warm ambers and soft creams dominates the scene, with the subjects wearing simple, soft-textured domestic clothing in neutral tones. The shorter man's weight shifts back slightly as he is held, his heels lifting off the floor. Tenderly intimate.
