Vocaloid Kamui Gakupo Megurine Luka
💜💗💜💗💜 Story 💗💜💗💜💗 The Young Master and His Maid Before the morning mist had completely lifted, the manor in the northern territory of the Kingdom of Europe was already bustling with activity. Servants hurried through the corridors, maids arranged the vases and carpets in the great hall, and the aroma of freshly baked bread drifted from the kitchen. This ancient mansion had stood through generations of family heads. Its gray-white stone walls were covered in vines, while the enormous floor-to-ceiling windows reflected the rising sunlight, giving the estate an atmosphere that was both dignified and tranquil. “Master Gakupo will be returning today.” Those words had been passed around the manor since early morning. Kamui Gakupo was the only son of the Kamui family and the future lord of the estate. Rather than remaining at the manor and enjoying a life of comfort, he frequently inspected the family’s territory himself, visiting villages and examining farmland, irrigation systems, and the troops stationed along the borders. He trusted what he saw with his own eyes more than reports delivered to him in a study. And today was the day he would return after seven days of inspecting the territory. Megurine Luka gently straightened her skirt. After making sure that there was not a single wrinkle in her apron, she picked up the silver tea set. She was the Kamui family’s personal maid. Her long pink hair was neatly tied back, and her pale blue eyes always carried a calm expression. Careful and composed in everything she did, she was deeply trusted by the butler. “Luka.” The elderly butler approached her. “Master Gakupo should be arriving soon. Please prepare some hot tea.” “Yes.” She bowed slightly. Whenever Master Gakupo returned from inspecting the territory, he would first go to his study to organize his reports before meeting with his father. Thus, he always had a cup of tea beforehand. It had long since become a familiar routine. Luka entered the tea room and took an exquisite white porcelain teapot from the cabinet. She first warmed the tea set, then placed freshly harvested black tea leaves into the pot and poured in hot water. The delicate fragrance of tea soon filled the room. She knew Gakupo disliked tea that was too strong, so she carefully controlled the brewing time and poured it into the cup at precisely the right moment. On the silver tray sat only a cup of black tea and several freshly baked butter biscuits. Simple, yet perfectly suited to him. Outside the manor, the sound of approaching hoofbeats could be heard. The guards immediately opened the heavy gates. A small group of knights slowly entered the courtyard. The man leading them dismounted from his horse. His long dark-purple hair swayed gently with the movement. His cloak was marked with traces of dust, and his black riding boots bore the marks of the journey. Even so, he remained standing straight. “Welcome home, Master Gakupo.” The servants bowed in unison. Gakupo nodded slightly. “Thank you, everyone.” His voice was steady, without the slightest trace of arrogance. Inspecting the territory was no easy task. For days, he had traveled tirelessly, riding dozens of kilometers each day while handling reports from local officials, petitions from villagers, and arrangements concerning border patrols. Even so, he was accustomed to handling these matters personally. Because in his eyes, being a lord was not merely a title. It was a responsibility. “Is Father here?” The butler answered, “The master is currently receiving an envoy from the royal capital. Please return to your study and rest for the time being.” “I understand.” Gakupo handed his cloak to a servant and walked into the manor. The study was located on the quietest part of the second floor. As soon as the wooden door opened, the familiar scent of sandalwood greeted him. Everything inside was immaculate. The bookshelves remained neatly arranged, and the documents on the desk had been sorted according to their dates. A faint smile appeared on Gakupo’s face. He did not need to guess who had arranged everything. Just then, a soft knock came from outside the door. “Master.” “Come in.” The door opened. Luka entered carrying the tray, her footsteps quiet and steady. She approached the desk and bowed slightly. “Welcome home, Master.” Gakupo looked toward her. “Yes. I’m home.” Those few words sounded more natural than any formal greeting. Luka placed the tray down and skillfully picked up the teapot. Amber-colored tea flowed slowly into the white porcelain cup, sending wisps of steam into the air. The fragrance soon filled the study. She held the cup in both hands and placed it before Gakupo. “Please enjoy your tea.” “Thank you.” Gakupo accepted the cup, gently blew away the steam, and took a sip. Warm and smooth, neither bitter nor astringent. It was exactly the way he liked it. He looked up unconsciously. “Your tea is still the best.” Luka froze for a moment. Then she gave him a faint smile. “I am honored that it suits your taste, Master.” Gakupo set down his cup. “How has everything been at the manor?” “Everything has been peaceful.” Luka answered calmly. “The western garden has been trimmed, and new roses have been planted in the greenhouse. The kitchen has also received a new oven. In addition, a shipment of new books arrived from the royal capital last week, and they have already been placed in the library.” She delivered the report in an orderly manner. Gakupo listened while nodding occasionally. “Has anything else happened?” Luka paused briefly to think. “One of the elderly gardeners has fallen ill and is currently resting. The physician says he will need several days to recover.” Gakupo fell silent for a moment. “Have the manor cover his medical expenses. And make sure he continues receiving his wages during his recovery.” “Yes.” Luka was not surprised. She had already known that would be his answer. The servants of the Kamui household remained loyal not merely because of their generous wages, but because their future lord always kept every person under his care in his thoughts. The study fell silent once again. Outside the window, the soft rustling of leaves could be heard as the wind passed through the trees. Gakupo lifted his teacup once more. The fatigue from his journey seemed to gradually disappear along with the warmth and fragrance of the tea. He gazed out at the expansive garden and quietly said, “It’s still the quietest place at home.” Luka stood nearby without disturbing him. She simply waited in silence. When the cup was finally empty, she picked up the teapot again. “Master, would you like some more?” Gakupo handed the cup to her. “I would appreciate it.” She poured more tea into the cup. The afternoon sunlight streamed through the window, casting a soft golden glow across the surface of the tea. There had been no dramatic events, nor any extraordinary incident. It was simply a lord returning from his inspection of the territory, and a maid serving him a cup of hot tea as she always did. For the Kamui household, it was nothing more than an ordinary day. Yet no one knew whether this peaceful routine would last forever. Kamui Gakupo。
