Applied Spectacle Engineering
Apparently the LoRA wanted a more intense battle scene. Its solution was not better anatomy, not better motion, but to attach a completely unnecessary extra object to the end of the weapon so the swing would look more dramatic. This is a perfect example of Applied Spectacle Engineering. If the audience can feel the impact, then structural logic is a secondary concern.
