Tatsumaki's Confident Pose!

I've always been captivated by Tatsumaki's incredibly powerful presence, and I wanted to capture that intense gaze and confidence in this piece. There's just something about her sharp green eyes and distinctive curly hair that I find absolutely mesmerizing to draw.
