Liko from Pokémon Horizons!

I just had to draw Liko from Pokémon Horizons, she's quickly become one of my absolute favorite protagonists with her adorable design and pure heart. I really love how the soft lighting highlights her blue hair and cheerful expression as she holds her Poké Ball. If you enjoy this piece, please give it a like and follow for more of my anime art, and let me know what you think in the comments!
