Jasmine & The Mysterious Mermaid

I've always been captivated by the elegance of Princess Jasmine, and seeing her share such a tender moment with a mermaid is truly magical. The warm sunset glow really brings out the beauty of their connection. If you enjoy this crossover, please like and follow for more art!

Her thick, voluminous black hair is bound in low segmented sections with turquoise bands, framing a warm face with expressive brown eyes, large gold hoop earrings, and a gold collar necklace. Wearing a turquoise off-shoulder cropped bodice, she leans forward with her torso angled toward the water, balancing her weight on one palm flat against the stone while her opposite hand gently cups the cheek of her mermaid lover. Emerging from the calm water below, the mermaid rests both elbows and wet forearms upon the marble step, tilting her head back to meet the princess's gaze with an adoring, crescent-eyed smile. Long, sea-green tresses fan across the rippling water around her shoulders, which are draped in a fitted top of woven white pearls and coral-pink seashells, accented by a twisted gold band around her left bicep. Beneath the crystal-clear surface, her sleek turquoise fish tail curves gracefully along the submerged stairs, its iridescent scales refracting the late afternoon light. Warm golden sunlight cuts across the scene from the upper right, casting honeyed highlights along the dark skin of the princess and throwing dancing webbed caustics over the submerged scales and pale underwater stone. Water beads form and trickle where the mermaid's damp arms press into the dry, sun-baked marble, while gentle circular ripples trail away from the slow sweep of her caudal fin. Tender sunlit intimacy.
