His right arm thrusts straight into the churning sky, holding a massive, double-edged broadsword aloft by its leather-bound grip, with heavy iron link chains wrapping securely from the crossguard around his armored forearm. His left arm extends outward toward the front lines, heavy gauntleted fingers spread in an commanding vanguard gesture. He wears a full, sealed knightly combat helmet crowned with an ornate golden crest; its grilled faceplate is featureless except for twin crimson ocular lenses that blaze with cold internal light. Thick, black lacquered ceramite plating encases his towering physique, bordered by beveled antique gold filigree, while an off-white fabric tabard emblazoned with a bold black cross hangs over his waist, billowing between heavy greaves. Behind his armored shoulders, a backpack power unit supports an iron halo and miniature gothic reliquary. Ground fires and burning wreckage illuminate the underside of his armor in harsh amber and sulfurous tones, contrasting sharply with the deep obsidian shadows across the beveled plates and the cool, ash-grey haze of the sky. Parchment purity seals stamped in red wax to his broad pauldrons flutter frantically against the hot updrafts, while glowing sparks and embers drift upward past the gleaming edge of the raised blade. Zealous fury.
