View from slightly above, looking down at a four-year-old fox girl with toddler proportions and soft, rounded cheeks. She has chin-length, feathery blonde hair cut into a neat bob with airy bangs framing wide, luminous yellow eyes that look upward directly at the viewer. Sprouting from the crown of her head, a pair of triangular golden fox ears with thick white fluff lining the insides tilt alertly forward. She wears a traditional child's yukata of rich ochre-yellow cotton patterned across its surface with crisp white and vermilion floral blossom motifs. Around her high waist, a soft, crinkled cream-colored heko-obi sash is tied in a buoyant butterfly bow at her lower back, from underneath which a thick, bushy golden fox tail with a soft pale tip curls buoyantly upward. Caught mid-motion on the polished cedar planks of an outdoor engawa veranda, she balances weightily onto the balls of her small bare feet, her chubby hands raised loosely toward her chest in an eager, playful gesture with the wide kimono sleeves draping downward. Warm afternoon sunlight filters through overhead garden greenery, casting circular, dappled light patches across the wooden planks and the creased folds of her ochre fabric. The hem of the yukata flares gently outward to the right following her hop, counterbalanced by the fluffy tail swinging lazily toward the left and casting a soft, diffuse shadow against the floorboards. Pure, tender warmth.
