A young woman with floor-length golden-blonde hair styled into high round twin buns and streaming long twintails stands planted on the gravel parapet. She wears a crisp white sailor leotard with a royal blue sailor flap, a bright red chest ribbon, a pleated blue mini-skirt, red knee-high boots, and white elbow-length gloves with red padded cuffs, a polished crescent-shaped gold tiara catching light at her brow. Her head turns with an audacious, battle-ready smirk, teeth bared in triumphant confidence as her vivid blue eyes fix upward along the trajectory of her weapon. Her footing is braced wide against the roof's concrete edge to absorb the weapon's kick, her left gloved hand firmly supporting the heavy industrial barrel while her right hand grips the rear trigger frame. From the nozzle, a colossal spiraling torrent of swirling liquid fire surges violently skyward, blooming over the distant urban skyline into an immense, blossoming flower of roaring orange and vermilion flame. The fierce thermal backdraft drives outward, whipping her skirt and long golden twin tails in wild, sweeping ribbons away from the blast center, accompanied by intense heat shimmer distorting the air around the weapon's muzzle. Below and beyond the parapet, the silhouetted silhouettes of skyscrapers recede into a dusk atmosphere graded from saturated tangerine and fiery amber at the horizon to deep violet and twilight indigo overhead. The erupting flame core serves as a brilliant secondary light source, cutting a searing golden rim light along her figure, illuminating the fabric folds of her uniform and gloves with sharp specular highlights while casting her front in a dramatic, glowing silhouette against the evening skyline. Triumphant exhilaration.
