Her torso twists slightly at the waist, one gloved hand extended forward with a confident finger pointing directly at the viewer while her other gloved hand rests poised at her hip. Her long, thick hair—rich chestnut brown layered with crisp white underside locks—is gathered into two loose twin braids that sweep outward over her shoulders, fluttering in the coastal breeze alongside her full, swishing horse tail. Atop her head, flanked by two alert, upright horse ears—the right ear adorned in a tailored protective fabric sleeve—sits a clean white beret tilted stylishly to the side. Her expressive face beams with an earnest, infectious grin, one sparkling violet eye winking playfully while the other stays locked onto the viewer with open-mouthed, rosy-cheeked enthusiasm. She wears a tailored charcoal-black vest buttoned over a crisp white collared shirt, accented with a vibrant red ribbon tie at the throat and a high-waisted pleated miniskirt that flutters with her momentum. The scene is set upon an open seaside boardwalk lined with rustic timber railings and distant fluttering festival pennants against a luminous late-afternoon sky. Strong golden rim lighting strikes from behind and to the left, igniting the outer edges of her white beret, the flying wisps of her braided hair, and the texture of her fluttering skirt with brilliant, luminous highlights, while the ambient fill light bathes her face in soft, warm amber tones. Wind acts as a consistent revealer, billowing the fabric of her tie, the pleats of her skirt, and the fine strands of her twin braids in a unified diagonal sweep toward the right edge of the frame. The rendering features impasto-influenced painterly brushwork with pronounced, radiant edge highlights contrasting against rich, muted foundational tones, infused with subtle retro flair and Western illustrative weight, brimming with proud local-idol radiance.
