character: appare_hinata, amagai_ruka. This medium shot, eye-level scene is set inside a cozy shoe repair shop, where two women work side-by-side at a wooden workbench. On the left, appare_hinata, a young woman with blonde twintails tied with black and orange ribbons and blue star hairpins, wears an oversized yellow hoodie jacket with a navy hood and planet sun patches over a white sailor collar and cream pleated skirt. She is cheerfully polishing a yellow sneaker with her hands, while a corgi named Asahi sits beside her. On the right, amagai_ruka, featuring silver-white hair with blue streaks and braided sides, wears a navy military cap with a gold emblem and a matching navy military uniform with gold trim and a blue ribbon tie; she has a wistful, gentle smile as she applies waterproof wax to a rain boot. The background is filled with shoe polish tins, awls, waxed thread, and shelves of boots and sneakers. The atmosphere is split: the left is bathed in warm sunlight from a window, while the right shows raindrops on the glass with soft rain light, meeting in the center with a small rainbow. Sun and dolphin-shaped shop signs hang nearby, enhancing the warm, peaceful mood with a soft depth of field.
