character: kobayashi_mikuru, pegitan_(precure), copyright: meitantei_precure!, precure 2girls, pegitan, kobayashi_mikuru, simple background, blue fur, white fur, yellow bangs, forehead, deep green dot eyes, no sclera, solid dot pupils, blue eyebrows, shiba eyebrows, thick angled eyebrows, no eyelashes, bare round eyes, no animal ears, smooth penguin-like head, pink cheeks, yellow bill, blue flipper, yellow webbed feet, heart-shaped paw pads, light blue scarf, blue jewelry, emerald green eyes, long eyelashes, long pinkish-purple hair, twin tails, pink ribbons, standing, leaning forward, head tilt, looking at another, open mouth, :d, one eye closed, waving, blue theme, pastel palette, soft even lighting, cel shading, tender The view is a medium close-up taken slightly from below, so both figures sit against a plain seamless pale-blue field that is empty everywhere behind them; the two of them are the only things in the frame, side by side, and the little round penguin creature stands on the left of the composition. pegitan is seen from the front, tilted a little toward the girl on his right: a plump rounded body furred in blue over the back and head with a white front panel running down his chest, a smooth earless penguin head, and a fringe of yellow bangs lying flat across the forehead just above the bill. His eyes are two solid deep green dots with no white in them at all, no eyelashes on the bare lids, and above them sit thick shiba-style blue eyebrows angled upward; two soft pink cheek patches flush beneath the eyes. The yellow bill juts short and rounded; one blue flipper lifts from his side and spreads toward the girl in a small wave. His yellow webbed feet are planted flat on the ground with the toes splayed, and the small heart-shaped pads sit on the underside of each foot, so the near foot shows a sliver of its heart pad where the toe curls up off the ground. A light blue scarf loops snug around his neck, its tail hanging down over the white chest, and a small blue jewel is pinned at the knot. To his right, kobayashi_mikuru leans in toward him from the hip, weight settled on her far leg while the near leg bends slightly, her head tipped down and toward pegitan so their faces are close. Long pinkish-purple hair falls in two thick twin tails, each tied with a pink ribbon at the crown, the tails swinging forward past her shoulders with the lean and curving toward the little penguin. Her emerald green eyes, fringed with long lashes, are turned down and to the left onto pegitan, and her mouth is open in a glad open-mouthed grin, one eye crinkled almost shut with the smile. Her right hand rests relaxed at her side, fingers loose, while her left forearm turns out toward him, palm open. Nothing else enters the frame: no other person, no furniture, no scenery detail. The light is a soft, even, shadowless studio wash from the front-above, so there are no hard cast shadows, only the mildest darkening under the scarf knot, beneath pegitan's bill and along the underside of the twin tails where they curve over the girl's shoulders. The palette is disciplined to pale pastel blue as the ground and the structural colour, deep green in the dot eyes and the girl's irises, warm yellow held to pegitan's bangs, bill and feet, a single pink note in the cheek patches and the hair ribbons, and the pinkish-purple of the hair as the one wide field of richer colour; nothing else is admitted. The detail budget goes to the eyes, the line where the blue fur meets the white chest, the crimp of the scarf, and the curling tips of the twin tails. Tender.
