character: shirase_sakuya 1girl, solo, shirase_sakuya, long hair, black hair, very long hair, wavy hair, wet hair, hair slicked back, sidelocks, hair between eyes, hair over shoulder, yellow eyes, hoop earrings, jewelry, short white spaghetti strap dress, sleeveless, bare shoulders, wet clothes, covered navel, dark underwear visible through wet clothes, wet, dripping, water drops, thighs, lips, gasping, open mouth, looking at viewer, taking shelter, standing, leaning forward, arched back, hand on knee, from below, close-up, cowboy shot, sun shower, rain, raindrop, sunlight, backlighting, wet pavement, :o From a low angle, close-up framing tilted up at a girl sheltering under a narrow awning during a sun shower. Her body fills the left two-thirds: wet hair slicked back off her face, wavy black strands spilling over her right shoulder and sticking to her neck and jaw, sidelocks plastered to her cheeks, long hair heavy with water. Her yellow eyes are fixed on the viewer, mouth open mid-gasp, lips parted and glossy with rain, a breath visibly caught in her chest, chin lifted slightly. Her weight hangs on her left leg, her right knee bent, one hand braced flat on her thigh, the other arm hanging low as she is caught between ducking under cover and turning toward the rain. Water streams from the hem of her short white spaghetti strap dress, which is soaked through and clings to her waist and hips, the navel covered by the clinging fabric; the dark underwear beneath the dress shows through the wet white cloth in a faint waiting shadow. Drips fall from her elbows, chin, hem and from the bottoms of the hoop earrings, each catching the sun. The awning is a narrow strip of corrugated metal visible along the top edge; rain strikes it and flicks off the lip in fine spray that blows past her shoulder into the sunlit air. Beyond her, a short stretch of wet pavement in the midground gleams under a sun shower; a clouded bank sits at the horizon and the sun comes through it, so the rain appears as glinting silver threads scattered with bright sunlit specks rather than a grey sheet. Sunlight falls from upper right, hard and slightly warm, striking the wet slope of her shoulder, the ridge of her nose, her cheek and hip; her front is in soft bounce light from the pale pavement. Her body is on the cool side of the exposure, so her shoulders are brighter than her back, and the shadows she casts are pale and broken by the moving rain. She stands on wet pavement with a shallow puddle forming at her feet, and the awning casts a hard-edged band of shade across the ground in front of her, with a scattering of sunlit rain drifting into it. Palette: white, wet black hair, yellow eyes, grey-green pavement and silver water, with only faint warm gold in the highlit surfaces and the sun through cloud. Effortlessly alive, bright-eyed tension.
