1girl, solo, 21 years old, japanese woman, slender build, lean proportions, light orange hair, medium hair, low twintails, asymmetrical bangs, exposed ears, eyes closed, sleeping, peaceful sleeping face, long eyelashes, oversized pale pink mohair cardigan, open-front long loose knit cardigan, polka dot camisole, beige high-waisted wide-leg shorts, relaxed casual loungewear, lying sideways on a two-seater sofa, head resting on a cream square cushion, sleeping on couch, from side, cozy feminine dining room, light oak wooden dining table, upholstered chairs, soft pastel pink and beige palette, glass vase with blooming peonies, sheer white curtains, large window, indoor potted green plants, light wood parquet flooring, hanging woven rattan pendant lamp, deep autumn, autumn foliage outside, evening, thick clouds, overcast sky, soft dim ambient lighting, peaceful atmosphere, digital painting A true side view, camera at cushion height and set slightly toward her feet, so the two-seater sofa runs across the frame from left to right and she reads as one continuous horizontal line lying along it. Compressed side of her face turns up on the cream square cushion at frame left: cheek pressed flat into the fabric, the cushion corner denting under her jaw, hair fanning across the cushion in two low twintails — the upper tail lying over her shoulder, the lower one slipping behind her neck and off the cushion edge — with the asymmetric fringe split so the long half sweeps down across her temple toward the cushion and the short half is combed back, leaving one bare ear fully exposed and catching a thin rim of light. Both eyelids shut, a single row of long lashes lying against the cheek, lips parted a millimetre, breath barely moving the fringe. One forearm folds under the cushion at her cheek, sleeve bunching into soft mohair loops at the wrist; the other arm drapes over the front edge of the seat, hand slack and open, fingertips just short of the floor. The cardigan falls open down her side, its loose knit hem riding up over one hip to expose a sliver of the polka dot camisole and the waistband of the beige high-waisted wide-leg shorts, whose wide leg hangs off the sofa cushion and creases at the knee; cardigan sleeve and hem take the sofa's compression and the body's weight, sinking half a centimetre into the seat pad while the mohair fuzz stands up along every silhouette edge. Behind her the room opens into the dining area: light oak table at mid-frame with two upholstered chairs tucked in, light wood parquet floorboards running away in converging lines, a cluster of potted green plants in the corner, a glass vase of blooming peonies on the table holding the only white in the room. At frame right the large window, its sheer white curtains hanging straight and still, gives onto deep autumn — dense autumn foliage in olive (yellow-green) and rust-brown against an evening sky of thick cloud, overcast and flat, no direct sun anywhere. Above the table the woven rattan pendant lamp hangs dark, unlit; the only light is the soft dim ambient wash coming through the window, cool and shadowless, laying a faint grey-blue cast along the back of the sofa and the underside of her jaw, leaving the room's shadows shallow and close, with the pastel pink of the cardigan and the warm beige of the shorts sitting quiet against the cooler window light. Serene and hushed.
